What do co managers wear on shift? slacks and a button up?

I believe anyone who is a 4th or higher has to abide by the same dress-code, which is typically slacks and a decent dress shirt of sorts. However, on Fridays, Jeans are acceptable attire.

When I was a manager, it was slacks, a button down shirt and a tie. Off and on they said no tie was ok. But that was pretty much it.

I haven't seen a tie from any of our co managers or store manager in a couple of years.

My previous store manager wore a tie, my current does not, but my co now does.

Whatever is on clearance in the Big-and-Ill-Fitting department of Dorks-R-Us.
