Health Copay?

I moved departments a few months ago from a department with benefits to a department without. Before I moved I got a packet about signing up for health insurance through the company, and went ahead and signed up. I figured after I moved departments nothing was going to come of it, but I noticed on my pay stub today that I was getting the Health Copay taken out for about three weeks now. Even though I have no paperwork confirming insurance does this mean I'm covered now or something?

If they are taking out money for your insurance plan I'd hope they were covering you. Did they not send you an insurance card?

For me they royally effed up. They kept taking money out saying that and NEVER sent me an insurance card or prescription card. I had to call them twice about it and they were "waiting" to see if i actually get 30 hours a week. or some bs. its a mess. It took them 3 months to get my cards

That's what I figured, but no insurance cards or anything yet. Its only been about three weeks since it started apparently, so I figure if I /am/ getting covered its probably just Kroger being Kroger again and everything taking about two months after they told you it would.

You might want to try calling  the KPP Help desk at 1 800 917 4926. Just to see what they have to say.
