Kroger Paycheck Screwed up
Permalink

I got payed 73 dollars for working 19 hours. When I tried to get it fixed they said they would add another five hours, but even then it wouldn't be enough. I worked the 4th too, and they didn't even pay me for that. Paycheck should have been around 138.7 without tax so why is it 70. Is there anyone higher up in corporate I can talk to.

How many hours did you originally get paid for?

What is your payrate?

Do you have access to ExpressHR?  Are you sure you didn't have initiation fees or something deducted from check?

I always write my hours down when I clock out.  I can check ExpressHR weekly to make sure I was paid correctly.

They don't need to estimate 5 hours will cover it. If you did not get paid for working 19 hours, they can add the difference to the next check.

If it doesn't get fixed at the store level(give it a few weeks and pester whoever does payroll).  You can call HR to try and get the correction.

I am still waiting for a correction from a month ago.  Will ask again tonight.

Have someone pull up you "time sheet" and show them your schedule.  And keep on the until you get paid.

You might've forgotten to clock out one day or worked outside your scheduled time and the person doing payroll didn't know anything about it.  Even if you hit the clock we have to manually add those so you get paid for them.  Ask that person, or someone who has access to Kronos, to pull your time for the week in question.  If you worked the 4th and you clocked in/out then it'll be recorded but you won't automatically get paid for it.
