She was asked to resign due to multiple call offs. If she applies to another kroger after a while, can she just say she resigned? would they be able to find out the reason why she was asked to resign at another kroger? I would appreciate your response. Thanks
Legally, no. Would it come up if it's recorded somewhere? Probably. More than likely it will just have "quit/resigned" a note may have been added about the excessive call outs if the manager cared enough but I doubt they did.

Honestly, I can't have frequent call offs in my department. Throws everything behind. But going from one kroger to another, I'm sure they will know the reason. Not sure if that would be illegal since it's under the same corporation. They may also flag them as not rehireable and that would come up when the app was processed.
