Kroger milledgeville georgia

I have been at kroger for 1 year,I started at 7.25 and 1 year later making 7.35hr.Where is the crying like from fastfood,walmart.This is a Union company and heard a thing about why kroger hasn,t been on the news.disbelief

I started working at Kroger 6 years ago at 7.25. Now, I make 8.75. Welcome to Kroger enjoy your **** sandwich.

I think after 3 years you get more than a nickel every six months.

I think the OP means that "Walmart" and "McDonald's" are typically mentioned on the news as being among the companies targeted by union and other labor-rights organizers when there is coverage of protests and rallies on such on the news stations where as companies like Kroger aren't. The thing about "Walmart and "McDonald's" is they are essentially the "face" of their respective industries. Everyone... for the most part... has heard of Walmart and McDonald's because of their sheer presence throughout the country... but not everyone has heard of Kroger... and, say... Carl Jr's or Sonic. 

The raises do get better the longer you work at Kroger... although it probably varies by contract/area. I used to get ten cent increases, and they were only like every nine months, but now I starting to get forty to forty-five cent increases and those increases are every six months, on top of the typical two or so cost of living increases that pop up now and again.
