Can somebody please tell me if they really fire you for not making perfect average After Call Work time in the call center?! Please help me. I'm really scared.
If so, it's hard for them to fire you. You would need to do something really dumb.
If not, it really depends. I'm guessing they have a shortage of employees like the stores do, so they wouldn't fire you for being a little bit off. If you are way off though, I'm sure you'll be let go.
Keep in mind that even if you are in a union, they can fire you in the first 60 days for no reason. To avoid that, just try your best and be friendly. I've only seen this used on people who obviously don't even try.
