your only choices are to try and get medicare by getting her pregnant, using the marketplace to find an affordable provider or taking a tax hit come April of ~$300.

Yes, pregnant with no insurance hoping for medicare. Good advice. Cuz kids don't cost as much as getting insurance, right Bagboy?
As for your question, probably nothing you can do. Her only option right now is Medicaid, but she wouldn't qualify unless she's pregnant or disabled. And I wouldn't recommend raising a baby on a Kroger check.

Hey, I'm just giving you the options, man. You're gonna be raising a couple kids with her anyway, right? Start early so they can have jobs and support you in your later years.... at Kroger you'll probably want that.
You'll also qualify for food stamps, free healthcare for the kids until, like, 24, and WIC can help keep you stocked with milk, bread and baby food until the kid is 2-3yr old. If the kid grows up and joins the military then, most of, their check would be sent back to their family and guess what? You're family! SCORE!
Just sayin'
Note: my advice is probably sh!t. Use at you're own discretion!
