Someone, please, correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe birth year? Pretty sure it's your SSN by default for the pin though.

not sure what the pin is, tried my birth yr and my ssn, the whole number and just last 4 digits, nothing.

Didn't work for me either.

Click on the "Forgot your pin" There is a phone number to call for help there.
