If you believe that you are being sexually harassed by a co-worker, supervisor, customer or vendor, or if you believe you are being harassed by a co-worker, supervisor, customer or vendor because of your race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability or sexual orientation, you should take these steps:
1) Firmly and clearly tell the person who is harassing you that his or her behavior is unwelcome and should stop at once. If possible, take a witness to this discussion. Write a statement about the incident and what you did to stop it, including dates, times and places. This statement will be helpful if the harassment continues and the company needs to investigate. If you are uncomfortable with telling the person who is harassing you to stop, then proceed to the reporting procedure below.
2) Report the incident to your immediate supervisor, another member of management, any person in the Human Resources Department, the President, General Manager, Distribution Manager or call the Kroger Helpline at 1-800-689-4609 or email your concerns to (helpline@kroger.com). Your report should be as specific as possible, including the name of the person who is harassing you, a description of the conduct and the effect that conduct is having on your working conditions and work performance, and the names of any witnesses who could assist in the investigation. All claims of harassment will be investigated promptly and will be handled professionally and as confidentially as circumstances permit. Your further participation in the investigation may be necessary, and you will be informed of the outcome. The company will not tolerate reprisals or retaliation against persons reporting alleged harassment or anyone participating in the investigation of the alleged harassment.
Read this again, it covers harassment other than sexual harassment. I would think bullying would fall under harassment, which is covered below if you read it again.

Those steps still only apply if it is because of one of those reasons. If they are just harassing you because they can, you are probably out of luck.
Define harassing. It's management's job to get the results they want out of you. If you aren't getting the results that they want, they will keep pushing you. That's what they are there for. It's only a problem if they are making it personal (such as "you suck at that, everyone else does it way better").
If I've learned anything from my time at Kroger, it is that if someone gets pissed off, give them free stuff, apologize over and over, and find some employee to blame it on and say that they are new and you will make sure they receive better training.
Optimally, the best way would be to make sure there are enough employees and make sure they know stuff. That's not going to happen though. Kroger will always try to get by with the lowest number of employees being paid at once. They will also do anything they can to prevent people from getting full time, plus the average time someone works there is short because the pay and treatment it so bad. If a customer finds an employee and wants help, they expect him to know where stuff is, have a decent knowledge of the products, and know stuff about the store (when do sales run? when do you stock stuff? what is your return policy? do you carry x?). If the average employee worked full time and had been there for a while, we would be a lot closer to that. Instead, few people have full time and most people are inexperienced.
I am also have a problem that is almost the same... I am new to Kroger and I'm in the middle of trying to get past my 30 days. My Duty leader is taking his problems on me, I'm still learning the job, but I have gotten better at it, but he's upset that I'm not at the paste he wants me work. I did notice that while i'm working he's doing easy jobs.

Pace. Paste is a type of adhesive. It can also mean to put something together using paste or glue. Pace, in this instance, means rate of progress.

I'm pretty sure it was a typo and you didn't really need to take the time to give them a vocabulary lesson. You must have such a boring life to have to act this way. You probably troll forums and do this because you don't have any real life friends. They all stay clear of you because well, because you are you.

No, a typo is when somebody types something like teh instead of the. That was clearly a case of using the wrong word.
