ive been at Kroger since July and so far I've called off twice, once due to illness and i've provided a doctors note. How many excused/unexcused absences do you get before they terminate you? Also, I'm in the cincinnati and Dayton area Union so does the absence depend on what union youre apart of?
They shouldn't do anything if you provided them with a doctor's note. I was out sick for three days in January and I gave them a doctor's note and I'm still working.
