I received two pay-stubs for the week of 11/25/15, the first had all my hours and was a regular pay-stub, the second which I didn't discover until today had zero hours and a new section that said "shared success" and it had $104 it that section.
Does anyone know what The shared success section is. My regular pay-stub went into my bank account but this one didn't, am kinda confused. Should I ask and see if the $104 is on a paper check with customer service?

The "Shared Sucess" is your bonus check. Every quarter they set a goal which is the combination of your Friendly scores based on how many people gave the store a highly satisfied rating and your Fresh scores. I'm not sure how those are determined. Sales may play a part too. Anyway, if the store reaches the goal at the end of the quarter, each employee in that store will receive $1.00 for every hour they worked during that quarter. If the store doesn't reach the goal, each employee still receives that many cents on the dollar for every hour they worked. So if the store's goal is 120 and they only reached 90, then every employee would receive 75 cents for every hour they worked during that quarter. Also, they raise the goal each quarter. So you might get a dollar per hour the first time, but the next time it's going to be a lot tougher. You'll also notice that they take out a lot more taxes than a regular check because they consider a bonus check to be a gift and not a earned wage.
Thanks for the information, I was trying to figure out why federal taxes was $26 on a $104 check. I guess they aren't deposited into your bank account it's a paper check?
I heard about this back during the whole initial "Make It Right" roll out, but nobody here has seen any bonus checks.
The again, our OSAT is sitting at around 63% and all management ever does is whine and complain how we're among the worst in the district in OSAT scores, lol. Well, maybe if our management team was semi-competent and actually valued and appreciated the employees that get results and perform well in our store, there wouldn't be a cloud of discontent over employees' heads and diminishing productivity as time goes on.
And yet everyone seems to think that Cincy/Dayton is the darling of the Kroger company.... obviously it's not because you'd think they'd roll it out here first but nope.
