Greatpeople says we get our W2s on Feb 1, and W2Express says we get them on Jan 15th. I've been enrolled to get them electronically since I started working for Kroger, and this is the first time my W2 hasn't been available on the date from the W2 website. Anyone know what's going on?
Mine wasn't available on the date announced (yesterday, the 15th) either. I got an e-mail this morning saying it was now available but when I go to the website it's still not there. I guess I'll give it till the end of next week before I get too concerned.
I'm a former employee that elected to receive my 2015 tax forms earlier last year, and this is pissing me off. Got all my other w2s but kroger is delaying my filing process.
If you still have your last check stub from kroger, or still have access to get it, you can use that to start your filing status, so when you finally get your w2 in, they can just verify the numbers match your check stub. :) and send it through.
I called w2 express and they said they were having a technical issue with kroger. and to call them back monday if w2's aren't available today.
While they did say Monday..here we are with no W2s still. I called again and now they're saying by this evening or Tuesday morning. I had an appointment today to get my taxes done, and now I have to reschedule because of this bs. Lame
