No.  It looks to me like everything is spelled correctly, easy enough to understand.  Which language was it translated from?  Our Kroger only has english speaking employees.

Is there more to it than meat clerk to dairy lead?  Anything else in a foreign language you aren't telling us?

stay a meat clerk, only going to get worse now that dariy lost another person..and who knows, maybe you can move up when the meat manager leaves next month. but moving from one department to another is a big mess, and store managers will tell you

what you want to hear to make it sound good.

Moving someone from being just a clerk in one department to being a lead in a completely different department in which they have no experience sounds a little strange, if not fishy.   Why don't they ask one of the people already working in dairy to be the dairy lead?

It really depends on the person, sometimes that clerk is a lot better person for the job due to their work ethic, ability to learn and team leading abilities.   I've seen it happen a lot.

Yep,me too. Saw a meat dept. clerk get promoted to produce lead that way. She didn't even want it, and the word was that her job was subtly threatened if she continued to refuse. But then again the manager over that area was a half dyke full psycho with NO BUSINESS being in charge of people, so....

I was forced into this due to my store manager discovering that I was getting too many hours as a meat clerk

So what's to keep you from getting too many hours as a dairy lead?

someone at my store went from overnight stock to file maint. to grocery manager. didn't work out, got sent back to file maint.. then eventually went to frozen lead, didn't work out, got sent back to file maint. I think some people just aren't cut out to manage departments. If you think you can, go for it! The worst they can do is send you back to meat
