No. I don't know how your state processes WIC. I don't know what type of registers you have. Why can't you have someone at your store show you how?
They won't even try to explain it to me, well it was busy and the supervisor was so snobbish i kept on calling him but it didn't work. How about loading gift cards? After scanning them and putting the amount desired by the customer do i need to slide the card(the one on my monitor) to have the card loaded with it's amount?

If it's busy and the supervisor won't explain it, page the store manager and tell him. Also, be sure to point out the survey on the receipt so the customer knows where to complain about the wait.
CTRL WIC CTRL WIC have them put in their card. Have them pay any balance due after they argue with you that everything they bought was wic. If something doesn't go through, print out a copy of the receipt and check off what all they bought to make sure they are actually wic items.
Now, see how easy that was?
Seriously, you are going to HAVE TO ASK someone AT THE STORE to show you how to do it.
Gift cards scan them, have customer pay. If for an amount scan card, put in $ amount and have customer pay. Again, HAVE SOMEONE SHOW YOU HOW. If they won't then tell the customer you cant' sell them and move on.
