Just show proof that you're enrolled in an on line college program in....anything at all, and even if you haven't started your first course in it, Kroger will bump you up into management immediately. In fact they prefer this route now over the standard college degree because it saves time.
You can get into MD1 with an associate degree. $16 an hour while you are in training to be a co-manager, where you will make like $36-40K your first year. Having an associate degree has no effect on one's ability to put items on shelves though.
