I have a feeling I might get called in on a personal day as someone who worked with us just unexpectedly quit. I'm going to def say no if they do call me but i'm wondering if they're even allowed to try and call me in on a personal day.
Of course they can call you in.... Nothing saying they can't. However, you do not have to answer the phone if it's them, nor do you have to go in. If it's your personal day, take it and have fun. If they give you flack, just say you didn't have the phone with you at the moment or "left it t home" if you were out and about.
