So our last store manager got fired and we got this thing that looks like butterbean except fatter. Putting that aside there was a incident involving a girl in our produce department and the store manager. Apparently she got a call from her friends mom that her son had a stroke and got in a car accident. This was right before her shift. She was mortified and went to tell the store manager that she wasn't mentally fit to work. Which i understand because her best friend had a freakin stroke and ended up in a wreck! Apparently he told her that "she had to stay and complete her shift because he can't afford for her to leave over something like that".  She stayed because she thought if she went home she would get fired. This girl has been with krogers for like 3 years and is deemed the golden girl of produce because she works like really hard. 

I don't think this was right. Is there anything we can do because of how this jerk handled this? I only heard bits and pieces of the thing. ( i was purposely eavesdropping whilst turning in my handheld) but i did hear some shouting on his end while she said nothing but okay.

Can the union do anything about this

Hi! I'm Gary, and I think I might be able to help you and your friend out, re your dilemma.

In terms of 'Butterbean', and as the structure of this problem revolves about him, I can assure you there is swift and thorough retaliation at your disposal. There is a little known codicil in the Federal Penal Code (re USPC-1200/sec C-//http##117) whereby a disenfranchised party (your friend) can, to wit, at will, extract emancipated reprisal expediations from an outside aggregious party (Butterbean), such that multiple reciprications involving statutital dispatching of said claimants may invoke what is known commonly as the Hearesy Limitation----this is where one of you will need to deposit some of your fresh blood into a petri dish, seal it up and send it to ........well, I'll get into that later-----oh, and it MUST be either A)virgin blood or B)just before your menses blood, doesn't matter.....where was I? Oh yeah: in addition to all the above, you'll need to file with the Federal Magistrate's Office who, in turn, will certified mail both of you a writ of Habeas Felacio, which you both must perform on me until such a time that my ejaculatory glands are completely, and satisfactorily, emptied.

Hi Gary!

  Thank you for all of your great ideas! Well I am happy to say that they all worked, except instead of virgin blood i used one of a minature schnauzer(it was old anyway). Also instead of a petri dish i used the top of a KFC mashed potatoes container with just a bit of gravy left on the side mmmm. Thanks again Gary you are a life saver!!

Well,when I ejaculate inside or all over a hot young chick with big squishy tiitties, and if she's pleased me well enough, I sometimes scream out 'OH GOD! OH GOD!!' as if I'm dying.....that kinda kill myself?

The Union can't do anything about it.  There is nothing in the contract or any law against a manager being a cold hearted ***hole.  The managers have to be ***holes to deal with some of the slackers they oversee.

I hope the girls' friend is ok. 

She should have not said anything about the accident and left sick after working 4 hours at most stores.  Let management know tho.  Then, she wouldn't get in trouble.
