Idk if its me or not, but for me i had to go online to the portal and activate / register it before it was tied to my Perks Card. (where I am we are under Roundys, but Roundys is now Kroger just hiding under the Roundy name. LOL Why they don't want to make themselves public is kinda funny to me even after the contracts and stuff were finalized.)
