how does it work if when one gets d fired do you get to keep your paid vacation quite a bit has been acquired I feel as though I worked for that and it's still mine no matter what.how long of a leave of absence are you legally allowedto take? I'm worried about insurance looseing paid vacation any advice or ,opinions on this i would be so grateful

You will most likely lose it if you are African American. If you are White or Asian then you will keep it and will also be given a fruit basket since termination is somewhat inconvenient for the individual.

You have to contact your HR and hope they are nice enough to put it through. it's money that you're entitled to.

depending on how long you're on LOA will determine how much vacation time you'll lose.
