How to get Status 3?

So i've been at Kroger for a little over 2 years now and recently I started working 40-48 hours pretty much every week since we are so understaffed. My past 30-40 checks were all over 32 hours so my question is how long do you have to have an average over 32 hours to get status 3?

It's about a year but if you're working over 32 hours and sometimes up to 48, you probably will have it soon. Once you see your seniority date change on your paper copy of the schedule, then you know you have status 3.

You're going about this wrong.

Status #1 is about learning the history, current socio-political trends/interactions and latest laws/penalties associated with your practice. There are a series of oral and written tests you must pass to move on to - - -

Status #2. That's where you start with role modeling client engagement, proper approach, deal negotiation, and thorough STD protection (your Career Guides will go over that with you personally)

Status #3: Where you get hands-on training on everything from Missionary style to felatio to 69 and anal. There's a quarterly point system after that which may yield you incrementally higher wages.

It's a category of full-time status that's in the Cincy/Dayton division (i'm not sure if its anywhere else or not) that means you are entitled to 34-36 hours a week, up to 40.

Although sometimes it feels more like what the Anon up there said, because depending on your department, you could get stuck with all sorts of weird shifts, like going from a 1-9 to a 7-3 the next morning.
