From now on there will be no more Mister Nice Guy approach. You people are pathetic, miserable, worthless and weak. ALL of you. So the new new drill, effective immediately, is that I will be writing you up for anything. Everything. Good reason, bad reason, NO reason-----maybe my wife didn't swallow that morning and I'm pissed about it---doesn't matter, I'm going to get you.

Yes hi Glenn I have a question for you. My dog FUFU is sick from the kibbles and bits I gave her. I need to call in sick this week for it. TIA!!

The new policy is actually to hire and train before the background and drug tests comes back. I can see why you'd be pissed.
