Are lunches required at your store? I know the wording in our union contract is a little iffy and says they are to be offered to us. But nothing flat out says we must take them, except word of mouth from management. Management says it's the law, which the law states only that they must be offered and those under 17 have to take one. What's the policy in your stores/division?
In addition to a fine for the store you, the employee, can be fired on the grounds of "stealing time"; as you're taking extra time that was not approved by management.

And you can take anything FagToy says as Bible-quality Gospel.
When he's not squeezing his zit juice and wiping the particularly big, clumpy white head cakes all over the mirror in his sister's-in-law bathroom, and in between petting his pants gerbil til it burps its gooey blewey, into FagToy's quivering meat grip, he's studying up copiously on all Kroger policy.
