I didn't know they had one..one day i was just doing all their crap.
Oh yeah, in this division, it's a whole huge thing just to get promoted to department head. 4 weeks of training in Cincy as well as going to a "training store", and endless hours of CBT's. Then they can transfer you all over the district. I wish they'd just promote people in the department and be done.
