I been fired today because on Sunday i was in the back on the clock. I just got back there and a floor runner came in the back and told me to clock out. There has been others beside me that been doing the same but they are not fired. I have not been suspended or on probation at my job, i only had a verbal warning. They gave me a Constructive Advice Recored, but it it says a warning notice but im fired. Can the union save my Job?
also they said its an fireable offence to be on the clock and not work. They said its stilling time and i called union and they said the same thing so i dont think im able to get my job back.
Okay i called union and they said that my mangers can fire me for being on the clock and i was in the break room. They didnt have to go through the steps to proceed to this complanit
