My buddie been stealing beers everyday at work out of a gaint bin filled with atleast 300 of them. Well there starting to question everyone on the shift about it and wondering how the hell over 300+ beers go missing should i just rat him out or let him get caught himself he also drinks them while were working and just covers them up with the bag. hes not the only one who steals theres another guy hes a manager and he steals energy drinks and cigarettes.they are questioning everyone who works on night shift and so far no one has said nothing
If you work in a white store, most of the cams don't even get reviewed and delete after 24 hr. We have no loss prevention guy. I used to know someone that would regularly take drinks out the deli cooler and sit down and drink them. You can pretty much take anything there.
My store is the same, no LP but i know they can review the tapes. They will be caught eventually, if they're questioning the department, they're at the point that they are taking it seriously.
I can't decide for you, but i wouldn't go to anyone to report it and be a snitch, but if someone asks you directly, "did you see (name of person) steal the beer" then i would definitely not lie for them. A true friend wouldn't want you to get fired for them.
Dang dude!! I would not want friends like that anyway. Not sure if I would tell or not. I know at my store or maybe in the KMA division if you report a co worker stealing you get $100.00. Not sure if it's cash or a gift card. Maybe you should stand up to him and say look you know we are friends you should stop stealing or we will not be friends. BTW What is an LP?
