Well,,, ,our particular store...... they are all about those good numbers durning the day however, at NIGHT... .complete Cluster ****. We have written the district Manager, bitched and complained... even started asking the customer that jump out asses nightly to please complete the survey on their reciepts, and also voice their opinions there, as we have tried with no success. I just don't understand how the customers mean to much and are soooo important during the day, however, at night..... they are just ****ted on. We have 1 casheir from 8 pm till midnight. We get slammed EVERY night between 830 and 1030. The office supervisor is scheduled to leave at 10 ... well that's not happening because he can't just ignore the other cashiers needs, when there is ONE lane open that is backed up to the back of the store. F M L
it just means your CSM is an idiot and not doing their job. we have 3 people usually at our store till 11pm (2 cashiers, 1 bagger..sometimes 1 cashier, bagger and a supervisor) and our store is not that big. if youre the only one scheduled i would call out one night. it would be a wake up call for them.
