I`ve got to get out of this "company"

Some of you may remember a post I put down about struggling with the way I was scheduled due to a couple of extra activities I was doing. Well, I dropped one of them and changed my schedule so I could be there for the other. They got it right. For one week. The next week I was put back on my old availability and my hours were cut. Between this and the co-manager I also mentioned constantly power-tripping and questioning my ability to get anything done my sanity has become nearly non-resistant. I've been here for quite awhile but I don't give two anal expulsions anymore. I'm going to look for another job before I lose it completely.

Once you have another job lined up, quit the day after someone goes on vacation or when someone else quits, basically a time when it really ****s them up. No 2 weeks notice, just quit.

No one ****s with me and gets away with it mentality.

This is not a job worth giving two weeks notice.

Not anymore.

Let your future employer know that you can start immediately.
