But we wouldn't get in trouble for dating? We are actually already dating we just haven't let anyone know as we weren't sure if we could get in trouble for it.

as long as she or you are not a boss of the other you should be fine. they sometimes don't want you in the same department either.

Continue to keep it quiet. No public displays of affection at work. In fact, at work, you are simply co-workers, and should act the part as best you can.

There are good reasons why companies used to prohibit coworkers being romantically involved.

One of the big ones is that personal problems tend to bleed over into the work place; be very careful of that. Remember that even if you end up hating each other's guts, you'll still have to work together.

Other employees perceiving favoritism, however subtle, is another.

(There's a girl at work whose husband sometimes visits for lunch. Even though she's the only employee here, it can be uncomfortable to be in the room with them.)

You can date other coworkers but if you start to get serious and it leads to favoritism they will request one of you to transfer to antoher store or another department where one or the other is not in charge of each other. Per favoritism rules. Rules vary a little if one is store manager. If it goes on long term one will be requested to move to another store. Do keep in mind if eventually you two dislike each other one could file a sexual harassment charge against the other if one choses to do that. I've seen it happen a few times.

I've never met my colleagues before and I don't think it's a good idea because it could have a bad effect on my work. Therefore, I prefer dating on the Internet, for example, on the site spicydatefinder.com/review/freehookuptonight/ . I also read a lot about different dating sites.

So long as they're not above you. i.e. manager/lead or in the same department. It's to prevent favortisim.

Ignore this. If you can get in the pants of the higher ups you can get some good favors in. work it to your advantage you only live once
