Take Anger Management classes.

You will never make it in management if you don't know how to keep your kool around the worst obnoxious people.

You need to learn to de escalate whatever anyone is doing to cause you to get pissed.

Managers get reprimanded too.  Often, they get terminated for no cause if they do something that poorly reflects on the company as a whole.

I have known a few good managers that did something worth getting fired for but were given a second chance at a lower paying management job.
