New to night stocking in grocery. Sundays we get a double truck so obviously it's gonna take longer but on a normal night this aisle generally has 2-3 pallets worth of **** to run and takes me between around 4-5 hours alone with conditioning (which generally takes 20-30 mins). I know each store is set up different but this aisle includes all breakfast food including stuff like oatmeal/granola bars. Juice/kool-aid pouches, and pb&j/honey. Also fruit cups and jello  which if I have a massive amount of those it slows me down.

Usually I do like a pallet in 30 minutes.

45 minutes to an hour to condition and 60 cases an hour for a single truck.  Or, 40 cases an hour to run and condition.  If you spot the cases, that eats your time too.  But, it is easier to count cases.

With 120 cases of grocery, I could have the aisle completely done in 3 hours.

Grocery is 60 cases an hour and KMP is about 45 cases an hour.  We have natures market blended into our grocery aisles.  So, now we run those cases too.  NM was about 250 cases and I think that aisle was about 200 of those cases last night.  She got burned on that deal.

Added:

If you are trying to fold cereal boxes into a shopping cart, you are wasting time there.  For the cereal boxes, I use a L cart.  For the small stuff, I use a shopping cart.  This works better if you are spotting everything first.  If you are trying to run off pallets, leave a 4 inch gap between pallet jack guard and pallet of stock.  Put flat cereal boxes in there or stack them in a pile on the floor.  I don't break down pudding boxes.  I throw those in the baler whole.  That aisle is easier to run when spotted.  The granola bars go quicker when you get familiar with where everything goes.  I normally run those last.
