I'm not one, but I don't think there are any training manuals for any department/position made available by Kroger on the internet. The closest thing to a training manual for you will probably be CBTs, which are training modules accessible only on computers at your store. Afterwards, you'll likely get some (although probably not a lot) training directly from a ClickList associate where you'll shadow him or her for a day - maybe.
I'm interested in applying for a ClickList position at a nearby store myself. I'd enjoy hearing about your experience once you're done with your training and performing the job on your own, if you don't mind.
I work clicklist, just 9 days of training so far and they really pressure you to get the items fast fast fast , a few new people, have had to walk out and have a break down. You have 40 seconds to find each item, not easy with substitutes and out of stock items. Then you have to find something that is very close to what the customer wants. If you don't handle stress and pressure very well , stay where you are. No there are no training manuals online.
