i work at krogers and i work with a guy who makes you mad on purpose.i asked him 3 times in front of customers to help bag groceries and he looks at me a smiles and walks away -he is lazy,rude,mean and vendictive.i have complained to the boss and managers and was told they will not get rid of him and this happens every single time i work with him.HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO

His poor behavior. The only downside is that they say the call in confidential, but then why do they need an employee ID (yours), and your name? You could call as a "customer" multiple times and see what happens. Or when he asks for your help, smile and walk away... See what he does.
