If you simply want to transfer to another store as a clerk, you first visit the store you want to transfer to and see if they have a spot for you.  Then, you obtain a transfer form from your human resources or associate manager.  That's the person that usually does all the interviews and hiring.  If you want to apply for a specific job such as meat specialist, then openings for those jobs should be posted at every store.  So if you see a posting for a job opening at store 123 at your store, you're going to see the same job posting at every other store in the division.
