As you have been aware of the few times I've posted here, I have had to struggle with shortened hours since the change of schedule writers. Well, our writer went on vacation and our CC head did the schedule. After a month and a half of waiting the changes were approved. Not only that, when the writer comes back they will be taken upstairs for a discussion.

I forgot to add the rest. I had a letter and a copy of my availability and I talked to management that I was going to sit down with then, the CC head, and a union steward on a day I was off. Instead management told the CC head and the rest you know.
