clocking in/out: never fails

If you're going up to the timeclock to punch out for a break or lunch and you want to wait for the time to switch over to the next minute, it will have just changed as you walked up,  you'll have to stand there for what feels like an eternity before giving up after 30 seconds and just clocking out.  On the other hand, when you're running late to clock back in (due to slow ass drivers) you go running up to the clock and it reads 11:30 (sweet, right on time!) by the time you enter your number, scan your finger, hit in lunch it will have changed on you.  9 times out of 10.  I swear there is someone watching and laughing as they control the clock from a remote location.  Not that one minute matters, but it just feels like this is a daily thing
