do they match 4% for hourly employees? I've seen straight no. I've seen yes if member contributes 5%. I've seen if employee has worked for atleast 1 year and contributes 5%.

I've noticed they only put in like 300 a year towards pension. I'd rather have 401k match. The pension will end up being like 200 a month unless you work for 50 years
