Read your latest contract. Under my contract, different people are paid different rates depending on when they started or when they became full time. For example, I don't get paid time and a half if I work on a holiday, but my supervisor does. I get paid time and a half if I work over over 32 hours in a holiday week but people hired after September, 2012 do not
