i would like to report constant harrasment or descrimination toward certain employess from management at this store. Getting a written notice for simply doing my job is unfair and it needs to stop. What happened to this company is great? I demand you look into this unfairness happening at this store. There is too much favoritism and being treated like a noboby is unacceptable in my eyes.
Yes, this forum is not run by Kroger (it has no direct connection with Kroger "higher-ups"). HOWEVER, I am always HOPING (foolishly??) that some of the Kroger Corporate people who can actually pull some strings and make changes to the company, do occasionally stop by and read some of the posts on this forum, in order to get a more unvarnished look at what their regular employees think, the problems they face everyday, the ineptitude of a lot of the "best practices" rules/guidelines they foist on us, and general behind-the-scenes stuff that goes on in Kroger stores everyday.
I feel it would be very stupid for them to NOT ever read this forum.........like politicians who live in their own little elite 'bubble', unwilling to face the realities of the people that elected them to serve in that capacity.
