i just looked at my pay stub online and I've been switched from Courtsey Clerk to Cashier but my pay hasnt gone up? I've been a cashier for about 3 weeks now. Also the state I'm in voted for the national minimum wage to go up to $10 an hour there was a notice on the board at work saying how much we would be getting paid with the new changes yet again my pay stub still has me down as $8.05 an hour!
Talk to your store's ASP or the co-manager in charge of HR. Has your job classification changed in ExpressHR? If not, then a lack of communication between your CSM and the ASP/management is likely the reason. What you're describing happens a lot at my store. Get it fixed now because getting back pay is a pain in the neck, among other areas of the body.
