Does this company depress anybody else? I've been looking for a new job desperately. I honestly don't think I could be more excited the day I envision myself leaving this company. My day dream is to take all of my vacations and personal days first then put in my 2 weeks, or just outright no call no show. The main problem is my coworkers, the second is the ****ty ass ****ing pay.
Maybe but this job is seriously ****. I wouldn't even recommend a dog to work here. If it paid better, sure, but for anything less than $15 hr, like a lot of the slacking lazy ass faggots who've been there for 5+ years get paid, this job can eat a ****ing dick.
Transfer stores, if you can. I did, and I'm a heck of a lot happier at my new store. The employees that work there are nicer and have better attitudes, so I'm not surrounded by people that are gloomy and make me feel miserable. Management is nicer, too. It's done wonders for my blood pressure.
The co-workers at my store are the only reason I haven't left. Probably only positive at my store actually. If you don't like your co-workers, I can imagine severe depression working here.
I've noticed in my new store that the comanagers do a LOT of work that should be done by regular employees. Im not going to the union because on one hand it is nice to finally see comanagers who are willing to help but on the other hand this is why the company want staff its stores properly.
