So my management has just given out a round of warnings and write ups if you were lucky enough to get shopped. If you dont get a 100 percent you get a write up.
I've heard management say that if they catch someone "not acknowledging" they can/will write you up too. I'm not sure how legit that can be.
I hate mystery shops, it doesn't help that i still don't know where everything is the store i'm at now so if i'm outside of my department and i get stopped, if they ask where some obscure item is, i'll probably just respond with a blank stare and look like an idiot.

This doesn't happen in our store. Sounds like a manager came from an ISCE-type environment (In Store Customer Experience) where anything less than 100 percent was considered a fail (Office Depot had a disasterous ISCE program several years ago.) I would NOT sign a thing especially when the standard for the front end is considered 60%.

just so you know, if you came into our store and did that to our mentally challenged courtesy, we wouldn't even bat an eye. Just sayin.' We'd put his/her job coach with them but theyd still be employed.
