Due to having 3 absences/tardies within 90 days I was told by the store manager that I must be on time for all shifts untill the "20th" this was on 12/24/16 or I would be placed on probation. When she said the "20th" she did not say what month, so I thought she meant the 20th of January. Because I called off last Sunday after the 20th I am now on probation for having too many absences/tardies within 90 days. I feel like I was improperly informed on the policy and the store manager should have been more specific. Is there anything I can do about this.
One call off then 2 tardies. The Second call off was due to being sick for over a month, i would've just came in if i knew she was referring to the 20th of February.
