Is that considered workplace harassment? Or would hostile work environment be a better way to describe it? This co manager who has been at my store for 2 weeks is the biggest **** I have ever met in my 10+ years with the company. I'm going to file a grievance with the union, but I wonder which wording is better to use.
Oh i'm not a fan of my new co-manager either. This is his second week here too. I have a feeling i'm going to have a lot of problems with this guy. He's already harrassed me and one of my employee's about not being set at 8am on wednesdays... you try coming in at 5am to bake and have everything out on the floor in 3 hours. That might work out just fine in the regular size or large stores (getting the bake done in my old store was fine because we came in at 3am) but it's not happening in a small store where there's only one bakery person working by themselves at a time.
