Im interested to know what the Main managers make? I mean the store manager, hr manager, assistant manager, and grocery manager. What kind of salary and bonuses do they get in what market.

Use Glassdoor. They barely make beans. Store Manager makes the most, like $75K or more. The rest of the team squeak by with $45K. Not worth it for 50 or more hours a week. Whenever I see the sad sack managers walking around all I can think is "do they ever have sex with their spouses?" Or do they just walk around the store all day!
With their bonuses, store managers are expected to clear 6 figures for most locations. Obviously low volume(sub 500k a week) stores will have part of their bonus cut, but even then are expected to clear 85. Kroger adopted the obama salary policy even though it didn't pass through to law in order to draw in more talent. Basically they begin all salaried workers(store management, not department managers) at 47,500$ base salary+bonuses. Prior to this, 38000 was a common starting point. Department heads are not salaried and are dictated by whatever local contract you are under. Most I see are between 17-22 an hour.
