I work at QFC in Washington and I want to know if it would be reasonable to get another job part time and keep this job part time for the health insurance. How many hours a week do you have to work to have insurance? I liked my old store I worked at, but I moved and switched to a store I can get to and I just really don't like it, so if I have to be there too many hours a week to keep my insurance, I'll just leave and hope I get sick less often working out of the general public
If you've put in your 1200 hours or 1 year then I don't think it matters whether you're part or full time. This also depends on your union contract. I would read it, if I were you.
