Ask you manager to get you a copy. They change questions and use different guides for different positions. But just tell a story about your experiences
I just got my produce assistant manager position and the store's manager just called and asked me to tell him a bit about myself and then the rest were very general, easy questions like do you know anything about CAO, fresh kitchen, etc.
I was a bit shaky over the phone too since it is a big step but I got the position. It helps a lot if your department head and store managers can vouch for you. Word travels fast in Krogerland.
