How is the Grab & Go handled at your store?

At my store, somehow it's become the front end's job to fill them, and more specifically that of the courtesy clerks and SCO attendant.  A vendor might fill Body Armor and some energy drinks, but not enough to matter.  Grocery might fill milk and almond milk in the morning, but that's it.

So, one Grab & Go was always half empty since the set is half kombucha/Mama Chia and stuff not on the shelf.  Or the shelves are empty.

As a frequent SCO attendant, this is very frustrating.  I've ended up just tearing off prices and shelf tags, stocking whatever is convenient, and then just filling over.

The weird thing is that new shelf tags are showing up with the items that I've just been throwing in there.  How does that work?  It's pretty great, as I think we just have one row of Mama Chia left now, but I'm concerned someone will dig up a planogram, fix it, and then it will be my own personal fault that it's half empty again.

Is filling the Grab And Go the job of the front end at your store, or is my store just cheating grocery on hours?
