So on my paystub this week I have Night Prem, and Night Prem 2. Night Prem 2 looks like it's what Night Prem was for the past year or so, with the proper YTD. But Night Prem, is actually docking me money. Does anyone know what's going on with this?
night premium 2 is when you work overtime during a night shift. not sure how the night premium is docking your pay, as it's supposed to be a tiny addition to your pay. i'd say talk to your payroll person or a manager if you aren't getting the money you work for.
