You have the option to take 2 fifteen minute breaks, OR a single fifteen minute break plus a 30 minute lunch.

You of course, don't get paid for the lunch.

Well, I don't know about your contract, but under my contract if you work a seven hour shift (1:00 PM - 8:00 PM for example) you get two 15 minute breaks.

 Same. No lunches here as state law doesn't weigh in on it, so it's employers choice. You only usually get a half hour lunch if you go over 8 n a half hours, which with the way management is, doesn't happen. Even then , the company sill does a break only as we are still being paid, so it doesn't matter all that much to me, honestly.

depends where you are

at my store we get one 30 minute break if we stay 7 hours or more

Depends on contract. Here it would be a 15 minute break and a mandatory unpaid 30 minute lunch.
