Where does Fed Ex deliver packages at other stores? At my store they have always brought packages in the front to customer service I mean always and we have quite a few every day. Now the new manager made a rule they could only be taken to the receiving. It seems the receiving clerk does not have time for that. The packages get lost going in the back
They deliver to customer service at my store, where they sit at an unused register until a bagger brings it back to whatever department they belong to.

In my store Fed Ex delivers to receiving. Only because they always show up before the dock closes at 11. UPS on the other hand is taken to the service desk.
